I took a poetry class in college thinking it was an easy A but then found out that I suck at poetry. I never figure out the meaning correctly. I got a B in the class. So take all this with a grain of salt I suppose.

Ok, so Louise represents the chick you have. She's pretty great and you're happy. Then Johanna is the chick that you wish you had. So Johanna represents your fantasy chick and by comparison Louise seems less desirable. You know all the stuff about Louise, she's familiar, she's right there next to you.

Listen to the line: "Louise, she's alright she's just near"

But ultimately, as High Fidelity teaches us, you have to realize that Johanna is being overhyped in your mind. So Johanna is actually just a pedestrian as Louise.

Or at least that's what I get out of it. Let me know what you think.

You know I actually watch a little of it last night since there was no Duke game. So Sawyer, that big boobed blonde girl, and the two guys that look like they work at best buy were skipping through time all because a sideways turned wagon wheel and/or steering wheel of a spanish galleon was off it's track and skipping as it turned.

In otherwords, the fabric of time is controled by a sideways turned wheel that is so feeble that you can just push it a little and get it off and on it's bearings.

Also the "acting" when they get headaches from the time skips, CLASSIC!

But again, you people enjoy. I'll just save myself the frustration of trying to understand a show based around faux science.

I got no beef with the deal. If you got the money, spend it. And he is good. So good that they probably aren't overpaying by too much.

That's funny about your sister. I don't imagine anyone would turn around and glare at the ump after a questioable call if the ump was Albert Haynesworth.

I haven't looked at who peopled signed so the fact taht the skins would go after Hall is surprising. Not exactly a character guy and like you said not exactly as good as his hype makes him out to be.

There are three redeeming qualities to this signing:

1. He's fantastic
2. The deal really will pay him $48 mil over 4 years and then he'll be a free agent, so he's not going to make $100 mil.
3. My buddy Rusty's sister used to play softball that was umpired by Albert Haynesworth (in Hartsville, SC), haha

The real crimes are the Redskins paying D'Angelo Hall and Derrick Dockery so much money. Those guys are average at best. At least Haynesworth is really good right now. Maybe he won't be in a few years, but right now he is.

Yeah, I go through phases. Sometimes I'm willing to blow any amount of money to go bc it will be awesome. And sometimes I think this is so pie in teh sky and it would actually be crowded, expensive, and annoying.

Man, I wish I could commit to that. Of course only $275 does not include airfare to SA which isn't exactly cheap. That and the fact that there's a good chance that three months from now I'll be living in Alaska, it's just not a hop, skip and jump away...

Painful. Anytime we lose to a fake expansion team it hurts more than a lose to someone like Wake.
